I have learnt from my image analysis that audiences are more likely to look up to a model if they are shown from a low angle shot and if their eyes are in the top third of the screen as it increases dominance and the audience can look up to them. Therefore, I have decided that I will use these techniques to my advantage and use them when I take the photograph for my front cover of my magazine.
I also learnt that closed framing and sombre expressions can be used to create empathy for the model within the reader and so I have decided to create a similar image to the ones I analysed in my double page spread to create empathy within the reader. I have also decided to use lighting to my advantage and place the model in a spotlight to present them as dominant and I will use an eccentric costume for my main image to create appeal and draw the reader's attention whereas I will use a less attractive costume for my image of my double page spread to enforce direct address and empathy for the model.
